As I write this, 4 days from now, I will be enjoying ales and lagers from one local craft brewer and a well know west coast brewer along with some fantastic food from our new SR Village Inn Chef, Greg Matty.
Chef Greg has carefully matched these lagers and ales to some very interesting food, and these combinations should enhance our appreciation of both the beers and the food. Look at that menu!
